• As per the accepted inspection standard, checks the plane, engine, parts, and components.

• Guide your thoughts and make the right choice to reach your goals in line with established rules and methods.
• Authorization says that airframes, engines, tools, and/or parts of them can be put into service.
• Do preliminary checks and write them down. Hidden damage found during the final inspection and in line with data approved and accepted by the PCA and as needed by the IPM.
• Follow the rules for keeping inspections going even when shifts or tasks change.
• Before any item or job is inspected or put back into service, make sure that all the paperwork is in order.
• Check all the work that is done on any FAA/PCA/JAR-regulated airplanes or parts.
• For the repair, make sure that all the info used is up to date.
• Find rejected, likely unapproved, or broken parts and label them as such. Then, separate the broken parts from the stock that can be used.
• Having successfully completed the initial training classes for the inspection department.
• Do any jobs that your direct supervisor gives you.
